Payment Terms
1. Service Agreement
All website design, development, or digital services are subject to agreement, scope definition, and payment terms outlined in the proposal or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
We do not require any advance payment to begin your project. Once the initial design is approved, a 50% advance payment is required to proceed with development. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon project completion, before final handover.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, code, and content created by us remain our property until full payment is received. After that, full ownership is transferred to the client.
4. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legal content. We are not liable for any copyrighted material provided by the client.
5. Revisions & Delivery
We offer a fixed number of revisions depending on your package. Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Work canceled after confirmation may be subject to partial or no refunds, based on the stage of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chennai Website Agency is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss due to website downtime, third-party plugins, or hosting-related issues.
